Jolene Risch is the founder and principal of Risch Consulting, a company that focuses on recruiting, performance management consulting and training for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.  Over the years, Jolene has developed a variety of innovative tools to design and deliver solutions for improved organizational performance.

Jolene has over fifteen years of experience in consulting. For six of those years she was a consultant in the People Effectiveness Practice at Ernst & Young Consulting.  While at E&Y she worked directly with clients to create company-specific solutions for process consulting, staffing management, performance management, and learning management.

Jolene founded Risch-Minsky Consulting after identifying gaps in local Dallas companies’ ability to successfully manage their recruiting and management needs in today’s rapidly changing work place. Jolene has since worked with small and medium size companies across all industries and has successfully gained their trust and respect-numerous clients call on Jolene year after year for her expert advice. At the same time, Jolene has built Risch Consulting from a small Dallas-based consulting company to one that operates in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and other major U.S. cities.

Despite the growth of the company, Jolene acts as the head contact for all projects and works directly with clients to ensure that Risch Consulting provides exemplary services. She understands that each organization is different and designs each customer solution, assessing the needs of the client and basing her services on the results of those needs assessments.
